AvicennaIQ

A connected clinic operating system, giving reception, clinicians and management a shared view of the working day.

Product strategy & identity
UX & interface design
Full-stack development
AI-assisted workflows

The challenge

Reception, clinical care, billing and management were split across disconnected tools. AvicennaIQ needed to bring those roles together without adding another layer of manual handoffs.

Our approach

We designed around a shared patient record and role-specific workspaces. Appointments, clinical information and billing connect through one product, with contextual AI assistance supporting human review.

The outcome

The working MVP was handed over on 25 August 2026, including the core application, role-based dashboards, patient portal, super-administration experience and public website. Phase 2 planning began in September 2026.
