Services / Custom Software
Less working around. More working together.
We design and develop custom software from Dubai around the way a business operates: CRM workflows, ERP systems, business portals and the integrations between them. Our UAE and international work spans clinic operations, queue management, broker relationships and manufacturing.

What we can deliver
Your workflow. A connected system.
Map the operation
- Workflow discovery and requirements definition
- User roles, permissions and information architecture
- Prototypes for the tasks your team performs every day
Build the application
- CRM workflows, ERP modules and business portals
- Role-based dashboards, approvals and operational reporting
- Data structures and APIs connecting agreed systems
Fit the wider business
- Existing-system and hardware integration planning
- Data migration requirements and acceptance testing
- Documentation, handover and an agreed support model

Explore projectThe problems we solve
Make the system fit the work.
The same information is entered twice.
We trace how data moves through the business and identify where connected workflows can reduce manual handoffs.
Different teams need different views.
We define access and role-specific interfaces so each person has the information and actions relevant to their work.
A standard tool cannot support the process.
We assess whether to extend an existing platform or build a focused application around the gap.
How we work
Understand the operation before the interface.
- 01
Follow the work
Map current processes with the people who use them, including exceptions and approval decisions.
- 02
Agree the system
Define roles, data, integration boundaries and the acceptance criteria for the first release.
- 03
Build in working increments
Review usable workflows as they develop, then test them with representative scenarios.
- 04
Introduce it carefully
Plan data, training and rollout responsibilities. Agree maintenance and the next priorities.
Before we begin
Good questions.
Should we replace an existing system or connect to it?
First identify the system of record for each type of data and the workflows that fail today. A focused portal or integration may solve the problem without replacing everything. API access, data quality, licensing and vendor limitations determine what is feasible.
What affects custom software cost and delivery time?
Roles and permissions, workflow rules, data migration, integrations, reporting and security requirements drive complexity. We agree acceptance criteria and prioritize a usable first release. Hosting, support and future changes need a separate operating plan; a fixed timeline requires a defined scope.
How do you decide what to build first?
We map the operational problem, dependencies and user roles. The first release should solve a coherent workflow that can be reviewed and tested, rather than a disconnected list of features.
Can you integrate with our existing software?
We assess the available APIs, data access, authentication and vendor constraints before committing to an integration. Those findings shape both scope and architecture.
How are security and compliance handled?
Access controls, data sensitivity, hosting requirements and applicable obligations need to be established during discovery. Any specialist compliance requirements must be defined and reviewed with the appropriate advisers.
