GLPD Brokerage Management Platform

A broker-management workspace connecting Gulf Land’s company approvals, agent activity and property-sales pipeline.

The challenge

Gulf Land needed a shared workspace for managing broker companies, agents and property sales. Company approvals, available units, reservations, deals and commissions needed to be understandable within one operational picture.

Our approach

We organized the platform around an admin overview and broker-company profiles. Company details, licence and contact records sit alongside approval status, agents and associated deals. Inventory and reservation views distinguish available units from pending, approved or expired requests; deal and commission views carry the relationship through the sales pipeline.

The outcome

Gulf Land received a dedicated brokerage-management platform with a central dashboard and connected operational views. The workspace brings broker relationships, sales activity and company records into one coherent interface.
