The challenge

Gulf Land’s relationship with owners and investors continues long after a property sale. Fragmented information and communication needed to become a coherent, owned client experience.

Our approach

We organized the app around the owner’s relationship with Gulf Land: their account, properties, updates, services and referrals. Secure access and clear information hierarchy keep those everyday tasks connected.

The outcome

GLPD Privé launched on the Apple App Store on 31 March 2026, establishing a direct mobile channel for owner and investor relationships. The launch scope centres on account access, property information, notifications and referrals; additional owner services remain part of the planned roadmap.

What we did

Mobile product strategy, information architecture, UX/UI, app development and integrations covering secure accounts, property information, notifications, referrals, reward status and support. This is the owners’ app, separate from the brokers platform.
